Hambledon Cottage is open for visitors on Fridays, Saturday & Sundays 11-3pm (last tour 3pm).
We are closed on the first Sunday of the month.
We are not open on weekends when temperatures are very high or heavy rain is expected.
We are closed on Australia Day, Easter Weekend, Anzac Day, King's Birthday and Labour Day (First Monday of October)
Groups welcome on any day by appointment. We look forward to seeing you in the near future.

It's Hambledon Cottage 200th Birthday year, we have a new Exhibition in the Lucas Gallery, 'A very neat little abode', telling the history of the Cottage through the core themes of its evolution, occupation and activation as a heritage house museum.
Monthly General Meetings
Held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7.30pm at Burnside Gardens Community Centre, 3 Blackwood Place, Oatlands.

Family History Group
Family History Group meets monthly on the 1st Saturday at the Hambledon Cottage Coach House-rear of Hambledon Cottage Museum, Gregory Place, Parramatta.
At the next meeting on Saturday 2nd November 2024 at 1.30pm, the topic will be "Remembering the World War 1 Soldier Settlers of NSW". The speaker will be Christine Yeats. A Speaker Profile is available from
